PUBLIC AWARENESS ADS

Why Use a REALTOR

GFLR’s own “Buy Now” public awareness campaign continues to encourage potential homebuyers that now is a great time to buy a home in south Florida. The ads below have appeared in the Fort Lauderdale Sun-Sentinel Home Spot on Sundays, as well as bi-monthly ads in Mondays Sun-Sentinel Main section. There’s a selection here of effective messages you can use to promote your business and current home buying opportunities – full, half and quarter-sized pages in both full color and black and white. All ads feature a consistent "Buy Now" theme with a different specific message.

"As one of the largest REALTOR® Associations in the nation, we will continue to do our part to make the local public aware of the wide range of home buying opportunities currently available and, more importantly, the benefits to using a REALTOR®" said Richard Barkett, RAGFL CEO. "We have received such positive feedback from the previous campaigns from both REALTORS® and consumers alike that we will continue to support and promote REALTORS® Public Awareness on behalf of our membership."

Collaboration with NAR

Despite ongoing challenges in today’s real estate market, NAR’s 2010 consumer survey results revealed that this organization’s Public Awareness Campaign continues to be a powerful tool for reaching and persuading consumers of the value of homeownership and of using a REALTOR® when buying, selling or investing in real estate. Two key findings were: More than seven out of 10 potential buyers and/or sellers said they would be more likely to use a REALTOR® in their next transaction than they would to work with an agent who is NOT a member of NAR and only 15 percent of consumers surveyed plan to buy or sell a home without professional assistance – that’s an all-time low – down from 25 percent in 2001.
